Your name is unimportant and was last spoken when you said goodbye to family forever and became a Devotee of the Delfoil. As a Devotee, you are recognized through your energy signature, telepathic voice, and visual abilities. 

You are gifted with the ability to send out peaceful transmissions to calm those in fear, pain, and anger, diffusing harmful situations. You possess two sets of eyes; your upper set are intensely analytical, picking up various signatures of beings from their temperature to temperament. These eyes are the telepathic voice of discipline and wisdom and are your primary eyes. Your lower set of eyes have a long eyelid; when closed, no one would know you possess this second set. You only open them when you sense another being is in strife. These are your empathic eyes that send out the grandest feelings of peace and love. You have ended great conflicts because of your ability to cast a protective blanket upon all in your vision. 

The device you wear around your neck is a living organism grown specifically for its wearer to assist with translating. When you are unable to communicate with a species telepathically, you rely upon your translator to speak your thoughts aloud. It is made of bone and flesh from the Water Dragons of Andromeda and synthesized with your cells, grown to size to clip over your vocal cords and activated in a process giving it life and memory. Your translator is alive, and when you are wearing it, the surface of its skin can illuminate and subtly respirate. It will attach to your collar with its tendrils, securing itself precisely over the location where, in the past, your ancestors had vocal cords. When you are not wearing your translator, it is kept at home in a glass terrarium-like display case. When you go out on missions, your translator, when not worn, is kept in a high-security sealed case you keep in your coat’s inside pocket.
